The software is well built and was up and running from June 12, 2012 to November 28, 2012 and logged hundreds of transactions. It was meticulously tested prior to the launch and tested in live action for 5 months. All minor problems that arose in the first month were fixed. They were generally related to the on going browser wars and nothing of significance was broken.
My BUILD COST was CA$18,000. My Asking price is CA$3,750 (or first reasonable offer) which represents approximately 20% of my actual paid cost over 5+ months. There are 30 to 40+ dynamic page destinations in the application and over 30 pages have DIV containers on the page that the Admin (you) can add your own editable text to. The footer is also editable by the Admin.
